Amy Hawley, MSN FNP-C
Amy M. Hawley is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with passion, dedication and specialization for assisting U.S. Veterans by providing comprehensive medical exams as evidence for VA Disability Claims. She has a deep commitment to serving those who have served. She has dedicated many years to understanding the complexities of VA disability evaluations. The governing laws, and the unique experiences of veterans navigating VA Disability process. Her professional expertise is strengthened by personal connection—her husband is a former U.S. Army veteran, and she comes from a proud family with members who have served across multiple branches of the military. Her daughter Alexis has joined the team to support our nation’s veterans. This background fuels Amy’s compassion and precision in ensuring every veteran receives a fair and thorough evaluation with the medical evidence required to support a medical disability claim. When Amy is not assisting Veterans, she enjoys spending time with her family, including 3 dogs who can always be found in her office to provide additional office support to the team.

Alexis Hawley, Executive Assistant
Meet our Executive Assistant, Alexis Hawley, the daughter of Amy Hawley. Alexis is a dedicated Registered Nurse who shares her mother’s passion for serving the veteran community. While pursuing her nursing education, Alexis contributes meaningfully to the field of VA disability by performing vital secretarial and administrative duties that support the accuracy and efficiency of the C&P examination process. Her work behind the scenes ensures that veterans receive timely, organized, and compassionate care. Inspired by her family’s strong military ties and her mother’s example, Alexis is building a career grounded in service, empathy, and a deep respect for those who have served our country.

Brittany Eddy, Executive Assistant
Brittany Eddy has over 8 years’ experience in healthcare as a CNA and Clinical Medical Assistant. She has been proudly serving Veterans for over 3 years with Veterans First Disability Medical Examiner. Brittany is passionate and dedicated in providing our veterans with exceptional care and support by assisting Veterans to navigate the complex process of VA Disability Exams. She works diligently to ensure veterans gather the necessary evidence to support VA disability exams such as gathering service treatment records, medical records, medical literature and other important legal documents as supporting evidence for Veteran Disability Exams. When she is not spending her devoted time assisting our Veterans’ she enjoys spending time with her family. She is a wife and mother of two children. She is an advocate for holistic living, and enjoys gardening and artisanal, “from-scratch” culinary pursuits. Whether she is attending her children’s athletic and dance events or pursuing her interests in fitness and dance, Brittany brings the same energy and dedication to her family as she does to her professional vocation.
